10 lbs isn't much really, depending on your ht/wt/ condition, you could easily lose 10lbs in a night ....why do you need to lose 10 lbs ?

2 weeks. I've been at for over a week and no-go.

Thanks.

1 GRAM OF PROTEIN FOR EVERY LB YOU WEIGH

NO MORE THAN 54 GRAMS OF SUGAR A DAY

EAT THE FIRST HALF HOUR YOU WAKE UP

YOUR BODY NEEDS CALCIUM TO LOSE WEIGHT

KIWI AND OTHER FRUITS ARE INCREDIBLE FOR YOU AFTER WORKING OUT.

BUT DO YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE THAT MUCH WEIGHT IN 2 WEEKS.

GO TO GNC, AND GET ALL THE COLON CLEANSE, BLADDER CLEANSE, ETC. THERE IS ABOUT 6 OF THEM, DO THEM ALL IN THE RECOMMEND USE. MAYBE CONSULT A PHYSICIAN TO SEE IF ALL AT ONCE IS GOOD. (DEHYDRATION MAY BE AN ISSUE).

MOST PEOPLE HAVE 15-45 LBS OF ACTUAL SHIT INSIDE THEM, THIS WILL CLEAN IT OUT IN A FEW WEEKS.:toast:

EAT COMPLEX CARBOS AFTER WORKING OUT.

I could suggest several methods (ex-wrestler), but none of them are good for you & you run about an 80% chance of being absolutely dead on your feet.

Are you just trying to hit a #, or do you have to be able to function later that day?

Thanks for the replies. Top notch info. :103631605

Weight: 205 lbs.
Height: 5'10"

To answer a few, it's for medical reasons (exams).
------------------------
I try to run and walk approx. 4 - 5 days a week.
------------------------
I don't drink / smoke so the stress kills me (work related). So I tend to over eat.
------------------------

Thanks again for the great advice.

need fiber, so you need it.

once again, it shouldn't have any high fructose corn syrup in it. which all white bread has it, and most wheat bread has it. it takes awhile to find a brand in your area that doesnt...best of luck with that. plus it usually taste like shit if your tastes perfer white.

and dont worry about calories so much, or counting fat grams. Just worry about the sugar grams and protein grams. Your carbo intake can equal your protein grams, just dont take in more carbs than protein.

since you smoke, a full body cleanse would make you feel a lot better.

you could always juice fast.

Gary Null is a author with some great books out. he use to be a prof body builder, weighs something like 160 now, and looks like he is 50, actually age is about 70.
